Doronko Wanko is an adorable game where you play as a mischievous little pomeranian puppy. The point of this game is for you to make a mess in your new home. Don’t worry about making your new owners mad, because you’re a cute, innocent little puppy! Roll in mud to collect it on your fur, then go crazy with rubbing it off on furniture or shaking it off on the walls. The more mud you spread, the more it will cost to clean the place, which is exactly what you want! As you rack up damages, you’ll receive gifts that will help you out with covering the house in mud. If you’ve been searching for a short, light-hearted game that’s also free, then you should take a look at The Ghost Cage by developer SeaPhoenix. This isn’t a horror game, just a fun little game where a ghost is haunting you. Play as Isabel, who has just moved to a new home where a ghost lives. How you react to the ghost determines the trajectory of your story. Are you afraid of it or will you try to befriend it? Or maybe you’ll try to drive it from your home! However you decide to deal with the ghost, you’ll encounter one of several endings. The Ghost Cage has sad, happy, heartwarming, and even an amusing ending for you to discover. Plus, the game is a short 20-30 minute play, so it’s super easy to discover all the endings!

We’ve had some great cozy MMOs announced over the years. Palia, which is out now, and Loftia and Utopia No. 8 are all some of the cozy multiplayer games I’ve been looking forward to. But if you’re coming from classic MMOs like WoW or RuneScape, Palia hasn’t quite met that massive multiplayer aspect as well as players had hoped. Then there’s Communite, which appears to really focus on that working together aspect people want!
Communite by developer JimJum Studios is an adorable upcoming cozy multiplayer game. Players exist in a tile-based world where they must work together to build and restore. Described as a city-builder, this cute game requires kindness and cooperation between players in order to successfully build the world! Then, tap into your creativity as you build a flourishing world full of thriving plants and happy rescued animals. Craft oceans with hidden volcanos and fun community gardens. Unlock news tiles as you play, and open up a world of possibilities with different biomes!

Galactic Getaway is the ultimate space adventure for you and your friends! GG Enterprises has selected you to pioneer a space expedition to explore the far reaches of the galaxy. You’re also tasked with setting up a brand new planetary settlement. Team up with your friends to create and decorate your cozy new settlement, as well as play a variety of fun minigames.
Start your Galactic Getaway journey by customizing your character. Choose your clothes and hairstyle to create the perfect look. Then, set out on an exciting adventure to explore the galaxy. Compete in different missions (minigames) like space races and laser tag. Both play with friends or against them for the ultimate bragging rights.
When you reach your new planet, take some time to explore the wilds of an alien environment. Get to know the local flora and fauna. Report your findings to GG Enterprises to win rewards. Then, settle into building your new Galactic Getaway home! With a large selection of building types, gadgets, pets, and decorations, you’ll be able to create the cozy home of your dreams. Even invite your friends over to relax in your carefully crafted home!

Palia is a free-to-play cozy MMO all about farming, cooking, fishing, and more. Expand your homestead and build a gorgeous home for yourself, while you’re at it. Play solo or with friends and immerse yourself in a beautiful new world full of interesting characters and compelling storylines.
August 10th, 2023 saw Palia enter the Open Beta phase, and the developers over at Singularity 6 have spent a lot of time patching bugs. This month also saw the very first game-wide event called the Maji Market. Players are able to set off mesmerizing fireworks, buy some tasty treats, complete a few quests, and take part in the Chappa Chase!
What’s New
Now, Palia has had its first update since entering Open Beta, and it’s got some fun content. Players can now explore the Temple of Flames and complete the bundles it has. Finish all four bundles to receive the very special Ancient Rock Garden item that can be placed in your yard. The fabled Kitsuu will visit the rock garden, and you can offer up items to it once a day for a chance at some rewards. Even more fun is that players can now befriend Tau, Hassian’s canine companion. You’ll even receive a cute Tau plushie for completing his friendship quests!
That’s not all this Palia update has to offer, though. You can pick up a brand new furniture set, the Emberborn Set. In celebration of the Temple of Flames being added, this new set is a beautiful, fiery addition to anyone’s home. Zeki’s Wondrous Machine has new items for you to win, too. And you can now multi-craft recipes on the workbench, which is such a relief to me. I couldn’t efficiently flood my plot of land with torches before! Players can now grow corn and spicy peppers in their gardens, as well as cook a number of new dishes:

Start by customizing yourself by choosing from thousands of clothing options, plus dyes to create the perfect look. Get a hold of the design script, and you can even design your own styles! Utilize your gathered resources to make clothing, as well as furniture, and food. Then, open a shop of your own to sell your creations or build an entertaining amusement park instead. Utopia No 8 lets your creative ideas come to life, whatever they may be.
You’ll also be able to pick a piece of land to build your own home on. Then, design it and decorate it however you want! Go for a warm, inviting space, a cozy gamer’s paradise, or anything else! Utopia No 8’s decorations are functional, too, so don’t forget to interact with them to find out what they do. Don’t forget to decorate the garden, either. As for players who don’t want to be social, Utopia No 8 has you covered. You can befriend and raise your very own pet called PIYA. This pet is a reliable resource collector, as well as the perfect social companion. You and PIYA can even go to the Arena to have a friendly match against others!
