Take time to forage your ingredients from the wild plants you find in Fruitbus. Use what you find to inspire new dishes you’ll sell in ancient glades, secret groves, and forgotten grottos. You’ll also get to decorate your food truck with bright colors and fun accessories like racing wings! And of course you get to upgrade your kitchen to make it fit your play-style.

Critter Cove has been on our radar for a few years now. In fact, we’ve been keeping an eye on it since 2019! You can find them all here to read about the game in case you haven’t heard of this super cute life sim. In this game, you get to rebuild a whole island. Discover and invite new citizens to move in, too, ultimately creating a vibrant place to live. Even explore a colorful and handcrafted open-world to collect resources and more!
Demo
Thanks to the developers, I got to play the Critter Cove demo a little early, and I had an absolute blast. The world is beautiful. It’s so colorful and lovely to look at. Plus, that character creation menu allows for some fun designs and choices, too! Choose from a human, cat, birds, lizards, even snakes. Hairstyles and colors, and even pupil shape can be changed to personalize yourself.
You even get to choose from several of the abandoned buildings to set up as your house. I picked the one with the fun umbrella and light display above the walkway. It makes the neighborhood feel pretty magical. Add in Critter Cove’s sassy characters with some scathing dialogue, and you get a living, breathing island full of interesting areas and people to interact with.
And now you get to try the demo, too! It went live on Steam recently, so now you get to experience the fun I did.

Welcome to White Ash harbor! This beautiful little seaside town is your new home, and once was a thriving tourist destination. Now, it’s up to you to help revive the town using your experience as a traveling chef. In Chef RPG, you’ll run your very own restaurant to serve up delicious dishes in order to attract tourists back to town. Hunt, harvest, and shop for the ingredients you’ll use in your cooking. Build a thriving restaurant and become a successful chef!
Chef RPG is an open-ended RPG so you get to choose how your story plays out. You’ll get to decide how to expand your restaurants as well as befriend the local townspeople. Will you become a master chef and create the most fabulous tasting dishes? Or will you be a renowned adventurer who impresses customers with rare ingredients, instead? Perhaps you’ll be the chef who networks with friends and customers to build a thriving business through charisma and influence! Whichever route, it’s all yours to choose.
Release Date
Unfortunately, Chef RPG does not currently have a release date. It’s simply listed as “coming soon”. However, you can find it on Steam now to add to your Wishlist!

Detective Pikachu had a relatively positive reception when it was released. It was a top-selling 3DS game in the US in March 2018, and was in the top ten 3DS games in June and July. It also landed in the top 12 on the UK’s 3DS chart. Overall, it received fairly average ratings from various critics. However, it did spawn a fun movie, and now a sequel!
Detective Pikachu Returns finds you in Ryme City with the coffee-loving Pikachu and his human partner, Tim Goodman. A jewel theft occurs that sends the detective duo down a mysterious path. It’s up to you to find out why Harry has gone missing and what is causing the Pokemon-related incidents around Ryme City.
Use Detective Pikachu’s ability to speak directly to Pokemon to gather clues and information from the monster companions you encounter. Some of them will even help you out using their special skills, like Growlithe who can track scents. Tim will interact with the humans to gather information, and together, Tim and Pikachu will solve multiple cases across the city in Detective Pikachu Returns!

Moonfrost is an upcoming free-to-play farming sim, and it is beautiful! How you play and where your journey will take you is completely up to you. You’ll start by customizing your very own character. Decide how you want to look, or who it is you want to create, then embark on your big adventure. Meet a growing cast of characters that range from legendary heroes, ancient evils, and lovable souls. Build friendships as well as find someone to fall in love with!
You’ll also have your very own home and farmstead to care for. Build a beautiful house and decorate it to match your tastes. Plant crops, harvest produce, and care for animals. Moonfrost also has fishing and resource gathering. And if you get bored of farming, go on an adventure through an ever-expanding world where you’ll come across secrets and experience the familiar and the fantastical!

Have you ever dreamed of owning a gorgeous, stately home with a sprawling garden? Now’s your chance! In Botany Manor, you play as retired botanist Arabella Greene in 19th century England. You get to explore the halls of your beautiful home, walk the lush garden paths, and grow all sorts of wonderful plants!
You’ll find all sorts of interactive items scattered about throughout the house, which you’ll use to figure out how best to care for your plants. Each plant in Botany Manor is fussy, requiring very specific needs, which you’ll need to figure out. Start by gathering information about each plant from posters, newspapers, letters, paintings, and more. Then, take that knowledge and plant the seeds, place them in the appropriate environments, and watch them grow. Fill the many rooms of manor with plants, and cultivate incredible gardens outside!
