A new trailer has been released for Pokemon Masters that gives a much more detailed look at the game.

The recent announcement of the new mobile Pokemon game, Pokemon Masters, has had us all wondering what the game might truly be like. The original trailer, while revealing, has left us wanting to know more. Well, now we do since DeNA has released another, more in-depth, trailer. Pokemon Masters is still set to be released sometime this summer, and will be released for Android and iOS devices.

The new trailer shows us a few of trainers that we will be able to play as, including Barry and Iris. The recently released video also shows just a bit of the 3 on 3 battling that we’ve heard so much about. A small display of the sync move is given, showing what looks like Pikachu getting all charged up (or using Thunder)! There is also just a flash of the new Unity moves, where you and your two trainer teammates join together for one majorly damaging attack. One thing is for sure, this trailer has once again sparked our interest in this soon-to-be-released epic mobile title.

Melbits World Pocket, created by indie developer Melbot Studios, is a mobile game inspired by Tamagotchi and Lemmings. As your adorable and colorful Melbits walk around in a 3D platform world, you must help them navigate by solving puzzles before time runs out. The testing is now closed but the full version will be releasing within the next few months. There’s also a PlayStation 4 PlayLink version out now!

We had previously mentioned an upcoming Melbits POD in the works in our mobile game review here. Now we have some more information and how that POD works! There will also be a Kickstarter campaign coming soon so follow them on their website here to be the first to know when a date is set.

    Prototype premiered at DreamHack

Melbot Studios is all about creative thinking, invention, and imagination. Now, with a completely new project, they’re integrating videogames and technology with a traditional wholesome toy; the Melbits POD. This toy has multiple sensors that react to light, temperature, and movement. You have to get creative to hatch and nurture your own little Melbits. The prototype POD is still in early development but the developers hope to have it ready by Christmas this year with several different designs and colors to choose from.

    How the Melbits POD Works

Thanks to smart bluetooth technology, your mobile device can interact with the cute toy egg. It combines on-screen interaction with your virtual Melbits and physical toy egg that you use with your surroundings. When you place the POD on a smartphone or tablet, your Melbits will start to incubate and emerge with different sizes and personalities. This all depends on which types of Melbits you would like to create. For example, there are Melbits that like heat, so you will have to put the POD in the sun. Other Melbits like to play, so you will have to physically move the POD around.

We’ll keep you posted on this very interesting venture so stay tuned! For another mobile game that focuses on and using AR, check out our article on TokoToko here!

Dr. Mario was first released on the NEX in 1990 as an action puzzle game. The game has since then kept a steady fanbase, and it has quickly become one of the most famous Mario spin off games of all time. For the first time Dr. Mario World makes an appearance on mobile devices!

In Dr. Mario World the player will need to fight those tiny little gems by matching capsules with the viruses in order to make them disappear. Once you match three capsules of the same color vertically or horizontally they will be cleared.

The game also features various multiplayer modes in which you can compete against your friends in the VS. mode, or even help them by sending them stamina-giving hearts that can be used in the new stage mode.

Dr. Mario World is now available on iOS and Android and is free to play, though as most other mobil games, it does feature in-game purchases.

LEGO has been at the forefront of wholesome games for decades. Now, they have joined forces with mobile producer and developer Nimblebit LLC to create LEGO Tower. We can’t wait to dive into this virtual brick building experience!

    About the Game:

LEGO Tower is very similar to Nimblebit’s Tiny Tower. Your main objective is to build the biggest and best tower you can. Each floor fits into a different category. These range from residential apartment floors to restaurants, gyms, and more.

Instead of Tiny Tower’s “bitizens”, you have LEGO minifigures. Your minifigures live and work in your creation. You can customize the appearance of your minifigure residents and assign them jobs.

The biggest difference seems to be the graphics. Instead of Nimblebit’s signature pixels, the graphics look like LEGO pieces. What is really neat about this is the potential customization. In Tiny Tower you had a forever growing gray skyscraper with an orange crane on the top. In LEGO Tower your tower can be green with a dinosaur on top or red, mimicking LEGO’s NINJAGO collection.

Like Tiny Tower, you can visit your friends’ towers. It seems friendship is important to the game, as you have the ability to gift friends materials to help them build.

There seems to be a focus on collection in LEGO Tower. You can supposedly collect “hundreds of unique minifigure pieces.” There are also hidden characters you can find, along with unlocking vehicles.

    Watch the trailer:

LEGO Tower is out today for Android and iOS! Get it for free on the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

We now have an in-depth look at how Pokemon Masters will really play out!

The recently announced Pokemon mobile game, Pokemon Masters, now has a detailed video giving all the information we need. This mobile version of the popular franchise is said to use a 3-on-3 trainer battle mode. You and two other master trainers from the previous Pokemon games will battle your best Pokemon against some of the greatest and most renowned trainers from all the games.

In Pokemon Masters, many trainers from all the regions of the previous games will meet on Pasio island to fit to be the best. The core of the game will focus on the relationships that you develop with the other trainers on the island. As you progress and meet more trainers, you will team up with them to form powerful alliances. You will also create a special bond with your companion Pokemon, and meet other trainers that have created special bonds with their companions as well. This feature is being Pokemon Sync Pair Battles.

Once you have synced up with your companion and created a team, you may then partake in big battles. This will be a 3-on-3 battle that takes place in real time. You must fight with your team to the best of your abilities to eventually be a part of The Pokemon League Championship. This is the ultimate goal in Pokemon Masters, just like in all the games preceding it.
