Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator
Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator is now coming to “Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android soon”, says publisher Game Grumps. To celebrate the new releases, the creators have made special mixtapes for each Dad on Spotify here and there may be new characters in the near future! In addition, the game has already been released on Steam and PS4. However, we recommend waiting for the new features if you haven’t already played this.
About the Game
Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator is a game where you play as a Dad and your goal is to meet and romance other hot Dads. You and your daughter have just moved into the sleepy seaside town of Maple Bay only to discover that everyone in your neighborhood is a single, dateable Dad! Will you go out with Teacher Dad? Goth Dad? Bad Dad? Or any of the other cool Dads in this game? Monster Prom 2: Holiday Season
Monster Prom 2: Holiday Season is the sequel to indie game Monster Prom, a multiplayer dating sim. Beautiful Glitch, the creators based in Spain, have surpassed all of their Kickstarter goals and the game should release sometime in 2020 on PC. This new title is basically 3-games-in-1 with 3 separate vacations you can take: Summer Camp, Winter Retreat and Roadtrip. Moreover, each game is smaller than the original one, but they’re the same size when put together if you want to try out all three!

You have 3 weeks to get a date for Monster Prom! Go through absurd and funny situations, raise your stats and seduce one of your classmates. Beautiful art, bold, unapologetic dialogue and hard choices make up this Multiplayer (1-4 players) Dating Sim. Be your worst self.
Half Past Fate
Half Past Fate is a romantic narrative-adventure game about three relationships that form either over the span of eight hours or eight years. It’s developed by Serenity Forge, published by Way Down Deep, and is set to release in 2019 on Steam here. Half Past Fate is currently being showcased at The Mix in Los Angeles.

Fans of the game in Japan have already had a chance to grab up the Layton’s Mystery Journey Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch. Today it was announced that the beloved franchise is finally heading to the west this November!
The game was first released on Nintendo 3DS and quickly gained a lot of popularity. Fans of the series are excited to be able to enjoy the game on the Nintendo Switch with enhanced graphics and a whooping 40 new puzzles. The new enhancements certainly give enough reason the re-play the game for anyone who already poured hours into the mystery title on the 3DS.
Level-5 also announced that all previously released DLC like the ‘Daddy’s Girl’ and ‘Luke Lookalike’ outfits are all included in the deluxe version for no extra charge!

You won’t have to wait long to play this silly game as it will release on Steam and the Nintendo Switch eShop this summer! Moreover, you’ll need to hold on for dear life and help each other to reach hard-to-get-to places. All you need to do is swing without falling or getting impaled by spikes and attempt to do it in record time if you so choose!
About Heave Ho
Heave Ho tasks up to four players with a simple goal – don’t fall to your death! Players will use their own two hands and the outstretched grip of their friends to grapple across each level on their way to victory. Grab one another’s hands, climb across dangling bodies, and swing your pals to safety in a wobbly, dangly mass of limbs. Customize your character with all manner of stylish accessories and zany accouterment in a vain attempt to remember who you are and which of your hands is the only thing between you and the plummet of doom.
Heave Ho is a physics-based game where you’ll have to use the left joystick to move your arms and use the triggers to clench fists and grab the platforms! There’s nothing too complicated about the concept but the execution might be another story.

Pokemon Sword and Shield is an adventure game to become a Pokemon Champion. New grasslands and many other new locations are filled with trainers and Pokemon working together. You will need to fight in special gyms throughout the new region that will allow your Pokemon to Dynamax. Battles with two Dynamax Pokemon will cause the energy and excitement in the stadium to reach its peak with the audience. New Pokemon
Wooloo: is defined by its fluffy fair that is traded by weavers in a town in the Gallow region. They use it to graft popular specialty goods.
Gossifleur: a Flowering Pokemon that favors places with clean air and water. Its pollen is said to have healing properties. When Gossifleur evolves, it becomes Eldegoss. There are now small seeds scattered around its fuzzy head. These seeds are said to promote growth in plants and can revitalize both people and Pokemon.
Drednaw: the Bite Pokemon. The sharp and jagged edges of its jaw allow it to bite off chunks of rock and iron. Its vicious nature makes it a difficult Pokemon to tame for all but the most experienced of trainers.
Corviknight: can be seen flying steadily through the sky. It puts its skills to use when working as a flying taxi. It will take the player back to any town they have previously visited.
The Legendary Pokemon: they are Zacian and Zamazenta but you will have to wait to find out what role they play in the game.
New Region
In the Galar Region, a place to go for many wild Pokemon is in the Wild Area. This Wild Area stretches between cities and is filled with abundant nature as far as the eye can see. Different Pokemon can appear depending on where you are and what the weather is like. Meaning, there will be new discoveries for you each day.
Dynamaxing
Some Pokemon can now grow in size and gain tremendous strength. This new feature will offer more strategy options in battle. All the moves they know turn more powerful. Dynamaxing can only be used once per battle. However, the Pokemon will revert to normal after three turns. Therefore, you need to choose wisely when to trigger it.
Max Raid Battles
Four Pokemon trainers can join together in a multiplayer battle (using local wireless or online) to challenge wild Dynamax Pokemon. In these battles, the wild Dynamax Pokemon keeps its form during the entire battle and has special powers that make it an extremely formidable opponent. Only one of the four players can Dynamax their Pokemon in these battles so coordinating with your team is crucial. If your team emerges victorious, you get the chance to catch these Dynmax Pokemon! The different types of Pokemon you can fight in battle will also vary depending on where you are and the state of the weather.
New Characters
Leon: current champion of the Galar Region and holds an undefeated record. His shining personality also gains him popularity and the adoration of trainers across the region. The champion’s younger brother is actually one of your rivals.
Hop: dreams of one day becoming champion just like his elder brother Leon. He trains vigorously every day toward this goal. His journey in the Galar region will begin on the same day as yours.
Professor Magnolia: a researcher that specializes in the Dynamax phenomenon.
Sonia: Is magnolia’s granddaughter and also serves as her assistant. Their wisdom and sound advice will come in handy during your adventure.
Milo: is a Grass-type expert. This gym leader is all about enjoying battles with his trusty Pokemon. You will have to fight him and his tenacious fighting style to continue your journey.

Fling to the Finish is developed by SplitSide Games, a small team of students based in Philadelphia. The game will be released early in 2020 on PC and the Nintendo Switch. Types of courses in this unique racing game include: floating parks, giant casinos, and even worm filled asteroid fields! There are also a dozen of adorable characters to choose from and pair together that we here at myPotatoGames have a hard time deciding our favorites! You’ll be tethered by a stretchy elastic rope that you can use to swing around perilous obstacles, and fling your partner up ledges before they fall to their doom.
Choose your favorite pair of characters! Fling to the Finish is the first game built from the ground up to combine the racing and platforming genres. It was inspired by games such as Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Mario Sunshine, and Super Monkey Ball. It was also inspired by TV shows such as Wipeout and Survivor.
What is Fling to the Finish?
Fling to the Finish is a competitive physics racing game where you’re tethered to your best friend or worst enemy. Share a controller with your partner and coordinate your movements to master crazy obstacle courses. Take the lead against other teams by attacking them with barrages of plungers, humongous anvils, and deadly lasers! Take part in an innovative mix of genres as you platform through the most outrageous racing game to come to the market in years.
Play local couch co-op with a friend by sharing a controller! Fling is playable in single player, local co-op, or local/online competitive multiplayer with 1-16 players. Not only can teams that fall behind in races use items to gain the advantage, but obstacles dynamically adjust themselves to become easier to navigate for those not in the lead. For example, some platforms will actually become larger and easier to land on after the first place team has passed them. This ensures that even if players fall behind they’ll be able to win.

Garden Paws is a multiplayer RPG simulation game developed by indie team Bitten Toast Games. Grow plants, run your shop, tame animals, rebuild the town, go spelunking in the caves and more in this relaxing and unbearably cute game. The game was released early in 2018 on Steam here but is currently still in development. You can also play a shorter free demo here. The demo has a limited amount of quests that result in 2-4 hours of questing gameplay, but you can continue exploring the world and running your shop past that. Garden Paws will be set to officially launch in December 2019 on the Nintendo Switch and PC.
About Garden Paws
In Garden Paws you have inherited your grandparents farm as they set off to travel the world. Work with Frank at the local construction shop to finish off the final touches on your new home. Aid Frank and Mayor Wilson in building up the town so it can reach its full potential.
To build up the town you need coins, what better way to earn those then by running a shop! Explore the islands and its caves to collect everything from flowers to poop to sell in your shop. Medium Rare is couch co-op created by FlareWolf Games, a Canadian indie developer. Although their recent Kickstarter campaign was unsuccessful, they are very far along in development and will be able to release the game on Nintendo Switch by winter of 2019. Afterward, they intend to release the game on PC, with other major console platforms to follow. Since dragons are HOT right now, we at myPotatoGames recommend trying out their demo on PC here.
About Medium Rare
Two to four players chase each other around an arena aiming to set fire to each other. Then, once you’re cooked, you change into a tasty chicken (errr… dragon) leg! The winner is the dragon who scores the most points by eating as many chicken legs as possible! Furthermore, each round will take you only a couple of minutes, so the action is fast, easy to learn, and there are ample opportunities for both new players and experienced pros to have fun!
Game Modes
- Deathmatch mode (pick up and play with your casual and skilled gamer friends)
- Gauntlet mode (more challenging mode where you compete against your friends through an escalating gauntlet of map hazards!)
- Challenge mode… complete puzzle levels on your own or with a friend to unlock more characters!
- Speed mode… race together or on your own through deadly gauntlets relying on your wits, reflexes and fireballs to survive!
- Hoard mode… you alone or together with a friend blast fireballs at… well… skeletons and zombies, of course!
The Dragons
Vlad, Merlin, Rosa, and Mango are four dragon friends! Their playful behavior is typical for young dragons. They love to chase each other, shoot fireballs, and cook each other into chicken legs to eat! (They’re dragons, don’t judge.) At any rate, dragons are highly magical and therefore, after getting cooked, they quickly reappear in the world to rejoin the fun!
- Rosa: is a headstrong young dragon. You can literally describe her personality as “fiery!”
- Merlin: is Rosa’s big brother. He’s a friendly dragon and his very cool personality caused his skin to turn blue!
- Vlad: is the bad boy of this dragon bunch. For him, it’s fun chasing Rosa and Merlin around and showing the two younger dragons who’s in charge!
- Mango: is well… Mango. This kooky, carefree dragon joined up with Rosa, Merlin, and Vlad and very little is known about her or where she comes from… but we’re guessing she’s got a pretty interesting story that will be revealed in time.
