Graveyard keepers has often been compared to Stardew Valley with a creepy twist. Instead of growing pretty flowers and yummy veggies, you find yourself working on a graveyard tending to dead bodies. Just in time for Halloween the game gets a DLC called Stranger Sins.
Graveyard Keeper takes the player back to medieval time, where you will have to take on all the responsibilities of a cemetery manager. The simulation game allows you gather resources to create your very own environment by building and managing your own graveyard, finding ways to cut costs and make sure that all the dead find rest and peace.
Of course the game delivers this dark-ish gameplay with a pinch of humor. For example you can also turn to more fun activities like witch-burning festivals, or simply strolling through your yard and scaring nearby villagers into attending church – the choices are yours!
The upcoming Stranger Sins DLC will add an additional 4-8 hours of gameplay that will come in the form of dozens of new quests from the villagers. It also adds the option to build and run you very own tavern. As a special treat fans can learn and witness the events of 200 years ago to learn more about the worlds story and your personal heritage in the game.
The Stranger Sins DLC will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam on October 28th.

Animal Crossing New Horizons is one of the most anticipated games of 2020. With the release so far away, Nintendo has only shared very little about the upcoming game, I have put together some small – but also very exciting new additions.
It’s been more than 10 years since we had a mainline Animal Crossing game on a TV screen and this time around we are getting a combination of handheld and console Animal Crossing, which should make for an amazing duet.
Since Nintendo has shared some gameplay at this years E3 treehouse and during a Nintendo Direct back in September, I have gone through all the amazing footage to find anything new that the big N hasn’t;t really talked about yet.
When a villager first comes to your island you will be able to decide where he or she can place the tent. This is a long requested feature, as other games such as in Animal Crossing New Leaf – new villagers would just bulldoze over anything you may have planted or placed.
Yes that is right, your precious flimsy axe or watering can do break and need either repairing or you may need to craft a new one from scratch! It is unknown if gold tools will break or not – we will have to wait and see!
Animal Crossing New Horizons will also feature crafting for the first time in the series. You will need to gather resources to craft your tools.
Once you plant a seed. flowers will have stages from seedling to the full flower and blossom over time. You can harvest these to make items such as the flower crown. Once harvested only the stem will be left but rest assured they will actually grow back!
Just like in Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer, you can now move furniture half tiles, a long requested feature by the AC community. This allows you to place things more accurately and more to your own liking, more freedom – more creativity!
Not much to say except – YEEEEEES! A larger inventory is great, since New Leaf I have been hording so much stuff all over the place, providing a bigger inventory in your backpack allows for extended fishing time, harvesting or more as you don’t constantly have to go home to free up room and/or decide which tools you take with you! Yay!
The MEWO points introduced in Animal Crossing New Leaf Welcome Amiibo are very similar to the Nook Miles which give you daily quests and rewards for the activities you do on your island.
For the first time in the series, players will be able to place furniture and decorative items anywhere they want in- and outside! Going thought the gameplay videos there is even a possibility to put up holiday or non seasonal wreaths on doors! I am so excited to find out if we can put Christmas lights up as well!
Windows have mostly been a non see through hole in the past games. Animal Crossing New Horizons features window decoration, such as blinds, this will help give a room a more homey feel.
Animal Crossing New Horizons will feature more clothing options for yourself and your villagers. You can put dresses, shirts and even backpacks on!
Of course there are a ton more new features we can expect. Nintendo has shared very little so far but as we get closer to the official release date on March 20, 2020 the big N will be sharing more information on Animal Crossing New Horizons. Make sure to check my designated Animal Crossing section for anything AC related!

Gameboy has been there from the very start for many of us. The origins of some of our favorite classic franchises took place on those consoles. There is no denying that the Gameboy will be forever engraved in the history of gaming.
Luckily, thanks to the amazing technology of today, these classic games can make a big comeback in a new way. And I’m not talking about downloading an emulator so you can play on your phone.
No, the Analogue – Pocket is an all new console that can play the physical versions of all your favorite games from the original hand-held consoles; Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance. It also has a high resolution display, so the games will look as good as they possibly can. The Pocket will also have a dock so that you can connect it to you HDTV.
The Pocket will release sometime in 2020, and will cost $199. For many, this price is nothing considering the value of such an item. To play such an expansive games library now in full HD in the palm of your hand, with an original styled console….priceless.
Compatible with Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance game cartridges. • 3.5″ LTPS LCD. 1600×1440 resolution. 615ppi • Rechargeable lithium ion battery. • All buttons mappable. • Stereo Speakers. • microSD. • USB-C charging. • 3.5mm headphone output. • Original-style link plug. • Rechargeable battery.

We just can’t get enough of Little Witch in the Woods, the most adorable sim-life RPG currently in the works by Sunny Side Up Games. Given the lovely response from the community, we decided to reach out to the developers to see how much they would be willing to share about their ultra-magical and super cute game. They agreed to share their most valuable time with us, to let us get a closer look.
We would like to mention that Little Witch in the Woods is still currently in development, and any details about the game are subject to change. We would also like to mention that, seeing as how the Sunny Side Up studio is located in South Korea, there was a bit of a language barrier between interviewer and interviewee.
‘Sunny Side Up’ is a game development team. We are developing game in South Korea and consist of 4 members. Since we’re a small team, each person has been doing many things. There are a lot of difficulties, but we feel happiness because we are making the game to have been dreamed. We hope game players love our game too.

The first time we had idea “What happens if we add witch’s story to ‘Stardew valley’?” Furthermore, we wanted to give players a chance to experience the daily life of a witch. Since we thought we needed more other things to do that, we played a lot of games. Among so many games, Animal crossing inspired and helpful for making idea.
We plan to release ‘Little Witch in the Woods’ on Steam. We are trying to release Nintendo Switch and PS4 if it can.
It is currently developing the game with a goal of releasing it in fall of 2020. For those of you waiting, it is also considering releasing the demo version earlier (it’s not yet confirmed).
It may sound funny, but you know the parts where each user feels unique will be different.
We don’t focus on function. Sunny Side up is developing the game with a focus on the emotions and experiences that players can feel.
If someone can feel the emotion that we’re trying to convey in any part of the video game, that very part will be a unique part to the player.
Currently, only a single play version is planned.
If the game goes well and many game users want it, we’d like to add online functionality later.
Thank you for your interest. I’m so touched by your warm support. I’ll repay you with AMAZING game. I really really hope ‘Little Witch in the Woods’ will give you happiness and moving when you guys play it. We will continue to communicate about the develop process and the special issues that we’re going to have to deal with through Twitter. I am not good at English, so it’s hard to answer your reply and comments but I’m understand most of your reply meaning and your thoughtful heart. Please understand that I often have used the wrong grammar. Thank you so much again.
We at myPotatoGames would like to extend a huge thank you to Sunny Side Up games for taking the time share more about their game with us. And also for making such an amazingly adorable game like Little Witch in the Woods. We wish them all the best with the rest of development, and cannot wait to get to try the game for ourselves.
As mentioned above, the best way to keep up with Little Witch in the Woods by Sunny Side Up is to follow them on Twitter.

GolfTopia is a different kind of golf game, it focuses less on actually playing golf but rather make other people play golf for you.
GolfTopia is a building and simulation game where you create your very own golf course from the ground up. The building and game mechanics from the first and early look of the game gave me Roller Coaster Tycoon vibes, which is amazing!
GolfTopia promises a great deal of easy to use tools to customize and build your park. Taking a closer look at the first GolfTopia trailer ( watch it below! ) the tools shown to terraform land are very similar to games like The Sims and Roller Coaster Tycoon, which are titles known to make creating fun and effortless.
As you create your park you need to make sure your visitors are having a good time. Create unique and challenging golf courses set in a retro-futuristic environment. Hoverboards and compression slides are all part of the fun.
Golf courses are traditionally set in a lush environment with vibrant green color tones. As you continue to expand your parks you will notice weeds starting to crawl up on you. Cutting down unwanted weeds is an important step to keep the park neat and golf players happy, as growing weeds can break the stuff you build!
GolfTopia is currently scheduled for a release on Steam in Q1 of 2020. I will make sure to keep an eye on this unique golf building game! For more golf fun, check out Golf Story, the Stardew Valley of Golf!

Stadia is a cloud streaming service for games offered by Google. With Stadia, you will be able to stream all kinds of games in 4K quality, given that you are in a qualifying area. A subscription to the “pro” version of the service will cost $9.99.
TO run the service, you will have to have Chromecast, which makes total sense. You will then use your phone to connect your Stadia controller, and you are ready to go. Stadia will launch with access to some pretty sweet games, like Get Packed and Farming Simulator 19.
With the news of the release date came a video, which you can view below. The video gives us a better idea about how Stadia will work, and it’s range of accessibility. Unfortunately, Stadia will not be available in Hawaii, so one of my fans is going to have to tell me how it goes!
For more information about Stadia, as well as the chance to pre-order, you can visit the official website.
