Nintendo finally confirmed and outline how Animal Crossing Amiibos will work in New Horizons and it seems the big N is restocking all four series ahead of March 20th.
If you are curious to know how the Animal Crossing Amiibos will work in New Horizons check out my guide right here. Amiibos have been around for many years and with time passing I have built up quite a large collection of Animal Crossing Amiibos but I never quite finished all four series.
One of the major reason I never got to complete all four collection was based on the spotty availability of the cards. People have been trading a single Stitches Amiibo card for up to $30, which just shows how rare and difficult some cards are to come by.
Luckily Nintendo just announced that all four series will be reprinted and restocked in time for Animal Crossing New Horizons launch on March 20th.
Animal Crossing Sanrio Cards and Availability
Currently there are no plans to bring back the much beloved and so rare Sanrio collaboration cards.
The Japanese MyNintendo store has already started accepting orders for the all four series. Fans in the west will have to wait a little longer but we should see availability of the cards in the near future!
You can still find some Animal Crossing Amiibos on Amazon if you can’t wait for the official restock! These Amiibo cards have been so popular among fans that Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival has become a bestseller on Amazon as it ships with two Amiibo Figurines!
