New Items Arrive In Animal Crossing New Horizons This Fall

A new months brings a lot of new fun to Animal Crossing New Horizons, make sure you grab these new items!

Halloween is over and with it comes a new month, Happy November! Turn your Jack-O-Lanters around for some fall themed decor, with the change of season we are getting a bunch of new items to look forward to – of course in addition to a bunch of new fish and bugs – look out for these new critters!

If you remember since September we can shake pine trees to obtain Pine cones and acorns from non fruit trees. Both items can be used to craft seasonal DIYs.

Make sure to keep shaking your trees as Pine Cones and Acorns will only be obtainable for the retainers of month ( northern hemisphere ) – after they will be gone until next fall.

Mushrooms are here!

When the game first launched in March 2020, there was a lot of excitement for the mushroom DIYs. Many players opted to trade or even time travel in order to obtain these adorable DIYs and craft items from the mushroom collection..

If you are part of the “real time” players you may be excited to here that mushroom DIYs are now here. You can collect these cute little and sometimes very big porous plants around your island. Not only are they cute to look at but they also serve a great purpose.

The mushroom lamp for example is customizable and and can be turned into many different colors, so pretty! You can collect the mushroom DIYs from villagers, balloons and even your daily beach DIY if you are lucky enough!

Maple Leafs are incoming!

This wasn’t all the new stuff you can look forward to in November. Much like the cherry blossoms back in Spring, you will be able to catch maple leafs from November 16th to November 26th in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, if you are located in the northern hemisphere.

Maple Leafs will be falling from the sky and can be caught and collected to craft new DIYs. These will sure be a great addition to any fall looking island.

Harvest Festival

Of course Frankling will make a return this November as well. If you played Animal Crossing New Leaf you might be familiar with the Harvest Festival. Nintendo already teased the event and Cooking and Baking Days might be coming to Animal Crossing New Horizons.

The event will take place around thanksgiving time, you can take a peak at the rumored as well as confirmed features and data mine results for the Harvest and Winter Festivals right here.

Max

myPotatoGames was founded out of our huge love for Animal Crossing, besides spending a lot of time taking care of my virtual village I enjoy painting, creating things or looking up funny and cute dog pictures on the internet. My preferred office location is somewhere on a remote island, in the middle of the South Pacific.
