The release of Ring Fit Adventures is set for October 18th, this year. Here is everything you need to know.

Nintendo has always been about making us work for our fun more than any other console. Incorporating movement into their gaming has kinda been their thing for a long time now. Ever since the Wii, we have been ducking, dodging, slashing and swimming our way to a great time.

It appears that Nintendo is at it again with the recent Ring Fit Adventures. Like it’s not enough that the joy-cons have motion control, this new adventure game comes with its own new set of motion control equipment. The game comes with a large ring, the Ring-Con, that has grips on either side for holding, and a leg strap to track lower body motion.

In Ring Fit Adventures, you will use the new equipment to exercise your way through a series of challenging levels. You will be using basic and well known excersises to complete tasks and solve puzzles. You will also use exercise to move through the world, with actions such as squatting on a launch pad or jog/sprint away from a dangerous foe.
