At first glance Pumpkin Online looks like a hybrid game between Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing and the Sims. But it is a lot more than just that. Pumpkin-Online is a multiplayer farming dating simulator that aims to be different than anything you have ever seen before. This game is as relaxing as Animal Crossing, with a big spoon of role playing elements. You can even craft to customize your items, decorate your very own farm, and go on various quest. The best part? You can bring your friends all along with you.
The game is based on a Multiplayer concept, this means that everything you can do in the game, you can do together with your real life friends. Farming by yourself is fun, but inviting a friend to help you – elevates the experience, and adds a whole lot of fun to it. Why do the chores of gardening yourself if you can pay your friends to do it for you? You can connect and share the experience with your friends from all over the world, much in the spirit of games like the recently revived Sims Online or other online worlds like World of Warcraft.Now what can you actually do in Pumpkin Online? How about getting married? Like Harvest Moon, this game will feature dating, bonds, friendship and even marriage – regardless of gender. Social interactions between players and computer characters give the game more depth, and makes it feel more alive. Having the option to get to know in-game characters adds a fun twist to the gameplay. Beyond dating the cutie down the road, you will also be able to fill your day with activities like fishing and bug catching – Animal Crossing fans are very familiar with those kind of activities.
Dating, Fishing, Bug hunting and going on a mission for quests all sounds like a lot of fun, but Pumpkin Online does not stop here. You will be able to fully customize and build your own farm, and invite your friends to help you along the way. You will be able to decorate the inside as well as the outside of your farmland. Furniture can be collected and placed in your home as well. Home sweet Home!
There is a lot more information to come on Pumpkin Online. The small indie developer studio is hard at work to make the game as perfect as possible. It is currently in development, graphics, and features are not final yet. It is currently set to release later in 2017 for PC only – however the game is being developed on the Unreal 4 engine, this is an engine that the Nintendo Switch supports, a port for Nintendo’s new console is more than likely. We have recently highlighted some of the best Criminal Investigation games on Facebook here. Today we are taking a peak at Criminal Case: Pacific Bar. The game has built a huge fanbase fairly quick, and is amongst the most popular criminal investigation and hidden object game. We will help you master the game, and maybe even have some things you didn’t know yet!
1. Study the scene!
It’s all about the ” Chain Bonus ” Study the scene before you wildly tap on the object. Memorize your list at the bottom the screen, then investigate the scene, locate as many objects as you can before you start clicking. Finding multiple items consecutively will increase your score multiplier, but if you take too long between items you’ll lose it. However, since the item bar only shows 4 items at a time, you should try your best to keep note of any items you have may have noticed lying around. It takes some practice to master this!
2. Hints!
Depending on the partner you select before jumping right into the investigation scene you will get different kind of hints, should you ever need them. However, if you can try to avoid using hints, even though it is tempting, you will receive a bonus at the end of each segment for every hint you have left you will receive a whooping 20.000 Points.
Even though this is a nice bonus, keep in mind that completing a scene, quickly will pay a bigger bonus than the one you would get from not using any hints.
3. Play the same crime scene repeatedly!
This can not be stressed enough. Play the same scene over and over again, you will start memorizing the objects hidden, the placements and more. Even though the scene is different every time you play it for the first few times, at one point you will start seeing the same pattern appear. Ever Hidden Object game has a list of hidden objects and once this list is exhausted you will start seeing the same objects again and again. The more often you play a scene, the better your results will be.
4. Don’t miss!
If you tap on an invalid item, your current score multiplier will break and reset back to zero. To avoid this, be absolutely sure that you know what you’re looking for. You can tap and hold on any of the items at the bottom if you’re unfamiliar with what they’re called to see a silhouette of it. If you continue to hold until the percentage meter fills up, you’ll see a detailed, colored picture of the item in question. This takes precious seconds though and should be performed only when you can’t really make out the item from the silhouette alone.
5. Connect to Facebook!
Join your friends, connect with a facebook group, do what you can to fill up the list of your friends. You will have a lot of energy problems early on because your maximum energy count is 100-110 and each crime scene takes 20 to play. Considering it takes at least two tries to earn a star on a level, you’ll be out of energy after two stars. If you have friends on Facebook who also play, they can help you out with energy problems.

The Nintendo Rumor kitchen is boiling these days. Nintendo has received a lot of attention since its popular Mario franchise has hit iOS on December 15th of last year. It has recently been announced that Animal Crossing for mobile is delayed yet again for a release set to happen between April 2017 and March 2018.Rumors have since then began to make the round. As many people expect Nintendo to hold of on the AC: Mobile version until they are ready to announce the Nintendo Switch port. These two titles may work together, as Reggie, President of Nintendo NA has stated that the game will ” be connected with the world of Animal Crossing for dedicated gaming systems “, this could mean that the Mobile Version is set to connect to the 3ds Version AC: New Leaf, or even an unannounced Switch Version that may currently be in the works.
Animal Crossing new leaf came out in November, 2012 not taking in account the spin of series – Happy Home Designer. This means that according to the Animal Crossing circle a new game in the series should be coming out in the very near future since it has been more than 4 years since we saw a new title in the franchise released.
Another hint at a possible immediate announcement of a new title in the Animal Crossing franchise might be theinclusion of an Animal Crossing character in the Mario Kart 8 game which is set to release next month for the hybrid console. The Switch would make a perfect home for the beloved Animal Crossing franchise, being able to play on the TV and taking the game on the go is something AC fans have long been hoping for! It is almost most certain that Nintendo will release a new Animal Crossing for the switch, the question is when they will make the move, perhaps the upcoming E3 could be good marketing move for Nintendo to create some buzz!
Last but not least the studio behind the popular franchise has recently been hiring people to work on an ” upcoming popular franchise ” for Nintendo Switch console. All sign point to a proper official announcement at E3 in June 2017!
