Animal Crossing New Horizons first event will be the Bunny Day and it is ready shortly!

In Animal Crossing New Horizons Time travel is possible without any consequences but you won’t be able to hop around different time zones to farm event items. Events come in the form of a download and these downloads are not available until Nintendo decides to release them.

So while you can change your clock on your Nintendo Switch to December 25th, there is a big chance the holiday event you might expect won’t be triggered.

Since Bunny Day is around the corner Nintendo is ready to release the update for the first ever event in Animal Crossing New Horizons. If you have chosen to purchase a digital copy of the game you will be able to download the first update for the game before the launch on March 20th!

Animal Crossing New Horizons Bunny Day Update Release Time

Downloading the 1.1.0 update will enable online play and adds everything you need to enjoy Bunny Day 2020! The Update will be available beginning March 18th, 9pm ET / 6pm PT.
