Nov 14, 2017[dropcap]N[/dropcap]atsume just released a brand new trailer to celebrate the release of Harvest Moon Light of Hope. The game is now available on Steam for PC. According to Natsume the latest Harvest Moon will be available on Nintendo Switch early 2018. Check out the brand new Harvest Moon Light of Hope Release Trailer below. While I am definitely excited for harvest moon to come to the PC I feel like they’ve gone backwards in their graphics. Might just be because this is a completely new platform for them or because the original team has moved on to story of seasons but I’m hopeful it’s got just as much charm as the console versions. Still looks cute and possibly like we will be able to use other land for planting like the magical melody days. That’s something I’m most excited about feels like there is never enough space for my crops.

There are plenty of fans who feel the same, the graphics are def. a big change, and not everyone is happy about it. Though if the gameplay is fun I am sure that many players can forgive the controversial look of the game:)

Oh of course! As long as the gameplay stays true to the harvest moon name it will still be a hit. Since it’s on PAC I’m sure people with come out with mods to improve the graphics anyway so anyone’s who that bothered by them will be able to change them. This is a big step for the franchise and hopefully sales do well so we can continue to have PC releases. They’ll sort out their art style eventually, I’m sure the new platform had a good deal to do with the drastic drop.

Yikes, the graphic sure aren’t what they used to be, I’m still digging the looks of the different animals though and I’m excited to see what the different love interests are like.

I love all the new looks for animals and the graphics aren’t that terrible to me. I’m just excited for a new harvest moon game! I hope it lives up to the legacy! The plants look really cute too.
