Lots of reveals coming from some of my favorite developers in the new Guerrilla Collective event.
Hosted by Greg Miller of KindaFunny.com, the Guerrilla Collective is described as an E3 style event, but without E3. The event will feature the works of many of my favorite independent game developers and studios, including Calico’s Whitethorn Games and Roki‘s United Label. Just from these two development studios alone are enough to have me tuning into Twitch when the show airs.
Since the Corona Virus hit, we have been seeing much of these events being canceled, or turned into an online streaming event. I am most excited to see such a collaboration of ingenious minds working together to spread the awareness of these wonderful studios and their games. Especially since it seems that many developers have gone quiet since the outbreak, not wanting to share their good news during these trying times.
What is Guerrilla Collective?
The official website describes the event as follows,
“Online digital games festival to reveal fresh announcements, trailers and reveals from some of the hottest publishers and developers around the world! The Guerrilla Collective is hosted by Greg Miller and produced by Media Indie Exchange (The MIX) with Kinda Funny Games Showcase.”
