We all enjoy traveling, the wonder of discovering new cultures and environments can create memories for life. Wanderlust Travel Stories is a game that aims to capture the beauty of traveling and discovery without ever having to leave your home.

From the creators of The Witcher, Wanderlust Travel Stories at heart is a game about traveling, but it offers a lot more than just that, it is essentially a life simulation game about choices.

Each choice the players makes in the game will eventually effect the mood of the entire game. The developers went as far as having to manage a travel budget which can change the attitude and behavior of your character.

The games mechanic encourage the player to manage budget and mood in order to become an “internally richer person” according Brzeziński – a developer of the game. Check out the charming gameplay trailer below!

I actually hate to travel…it’s horribly inconvenient and stressful to be away from home and all the foods I know and having my own bed, pillow and bathroom at hand all the time…I just really hate to travel. So travelling while never leaving home sounds much more fun! But…I can’t play on PC so Steam games aren’t an option for me. Boo hoo! Oh well, you never know what games will end up making the jump onto console some time in the future…
