Now it will be easier than ever to challenge your friends and family as Tetris 99 gets offline multiplayer.
Tetris is the smash hit puzzle game that has lived a long life and had many titles under its belt. Recently, the franchise decided to jump on the battle royal hype train, and Tetris 99 was born. In 99, you play against 98 other players in a battle to be the last player “standing”. It’s fast paced block-breaking action at its finest.
In the latest update for Tetris 99, we will now have the ability to challenge others players in an offline multiplayer mode. This will finally make it possible to challenge those close to you, like your friends and family. There is no exact date for the release, only that it will be here by the end of the year (12/31/2019). Puyo Puyo Champions Puyo Puyo is like a cute, bubbly version of Tetris.
Sega announced recently that Puyo Puyo Esports will be releasing in the West under the title Puyo Puyo Champions. This title is a multiplayer puzzle game with a heavy focus on online play. Champions has the fast-paced thrill of the previous titles, only now with other features and game modes to expand the experience a bit. One of the more notable additions is the tournament mode, in which 8 players battle against each other to be the best.
Puyo Puyo Chamions It appears that Puyo Puyo Champions shares much likeness with Puyo Puyo Tetris, another installment in the series. With a shiny new coat of paint, and other new features like being able to save replays of your craziest moves, Champions is a great addition to the growing genre of online multiplayer puzzlers. Champions will be releasing in the west on May 7th, and will cost only $9.99US. The western version of Puyo Puyo Esports will be released on PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
