The Pokemon Company has launched the official web page for Pokemon Home.

For those that are in the dark on this one, Pokemon Home is set to be the new cloud storage service offered by The Pokemon Company. It is set to be a place where you can store all your captured Pokemon from many different Pokemon games.

    Pokemon Home

Not only will you be able to store all your Pokemon in one convenient location, you will also be able to view their stats, moves, and other attributes using the new service. Pokemon Home will be offered as an app, and will be compatible with many different mobile devices, including the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite.

Possibly one of the coolest functions of the new cloud service is the ability to also trade the monsters you have caught from all these games. The Switch version of the app will include Pokemon from Sword/Shield, and Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee. The mobile version will eventually include the creatures collected Pokemon GO.

The app will also feature a sync ability with The Pokemon Bank from the Nintendo 3DS. This app is really turning out to be everything we originally hoped The Pokemon Bank would be. For more information on The Pokemon Home app, check out the newly updated site.

Nintendo just revealed its game releases for 2020. Even with more than 20 games announced it seems the big N is putting a lot of focus on Animal Crossing New Horizons.

The infographic released by Nintendo shows more than 20 games that will release sometime this year. Among those games are the Pokemon Sword and Shield expansion passes, Snack World by Level-5, Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom and many more.

All bets are on Animal Crossing New Horizons

Of course Animal Crossing New Horizons is one of the major releases on the entire list which makes it just so much clearer that Nintendo is hoping for the upcoming village simulator to carry Switch sells in the first half of 2020 with very little to no first part competition.

But rest assured if the only game on the list you look forward to is Animal Crossing New Horizons – Nintendo promises more announcements will be made throughout the year! Check out the infographic below.

Todays Nintendo Direct was packed and Pokemon Home was one of the major announcements to be made. The Cloud Based Storage service lets you transfer Pokemon between many different Pokemon games!

Caught your favorite Pokemon in Pokemon Go but would like to have it in Pokemon Shield and Sword? That is now possible thanks to Pokemon Home! The service is essentially an upgraded and evolved form of Pokemon Bank and the app will be available on smartphones ( iOS and Android ) as well as on Nintendo Switch.

How much will Pokemon Home cost?

It won’t be a free service and if Pokemon Bank is any indication it could possibly offer a subscription of $4.99/year. Neither GameFreak nor Nintendo have made any announcements about the pricing model yet.

What games does Pokemon Home support?

Pokemon Home will be compatible between many of the most recent Pokemon games released. You will be able to manage and transfer your Pokemon between Pokemon Sword and Shield, Pokemon Go, Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee, Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu, and Pokemon Bank.

    When is Pokemon Home releasing?

There is no exact release date other than February, 2020. So there is only very little wait until we can share and trade our most beloved Pokemon!

As if it was to tease Animal Crossing fans again, Nintendo announces the long awaited Direct for January but it’s not exactly what most people may hoped for.

Many people were speculating when the next Nintendo Direct would take place at least we have an answer for that now. The Pokemon Direct will stream on January 9th at 6am PT / 9am ET.

The Pokemon Direct will last 20 minutes and will focus on the Pokemon franchise only.

Only yesterday I was raising the question “Where is all the Animal Crossing News?” With less than 3 months away from New Horizons release date we have yet to receive some solid information about the upcoming game.
