Congratulations! You’re a newly minted Mail Scout in the cozy forest of Grumblewood Grove. It’s your first day on the job, and you’re full of unbridled enthusiasm for your new adventure. With your cute little mushroom hat and a bag full of mail, it’s up to you to deliver all of the letters to the inhabitants of Grumblewood Grove.

Start your new adventure by fully customizing your Scout! With over 46,000 combinations, you’re sure to find a unique character just for you. From skin tone to backpack type, you’re in control of it all. As for the recipients who are eagerly awaiting their mail, you shouldn’t dally, but Mail Time is a relaxing adventure. Run through the forest, jump over obstacles, and even use letters to glide your way around the forest to reach your destinations. Explore 8 different colorful areas and meet 15 unique characters with their own stories and charms.

Mail Time even has upgrades. Collect Mail Scout badges while you’re out delivering mail. Those badges will allow you to upgrade your gliding ability, and with upgraded jumping abilities, imagine the heights you can reach! Don’t worry about fall damage, either. There’s no fall damage, so if you fall, just pick yourself back up. There’s also no time limits or other pressures to complete this beautiful game. You can play as fast, or slow, as you want.

    Cook, Explore, and Play

Clouzy is the world’s first cloud daycare, and you run it! That’s right. Those beautiful, fluffy clouds you see floating in the sky? They’re sentient, and charming creatures! And in this magical world, the clouds require quite a bit of care and attention. It’s a big task, but you’ll learn as you go.

Part of caring for these adorable creatures is cooking for them. You’ll need to learn their preferences and how to cook their favorite items. Go out into the world and search for the freshest ingredients to use, and whip up some tasty dishes for the clouds. They need food to fuel their playtime, after all. Playtime is something else you’ll have to figure out. Each cloud has a preference for playing, too. You’ll also need to play peacekeeper sometimes, and prevent storms from brewing.

If you ever feel overwhelmed by your work at the daycare, you can always go for a walk! Clouzy features a beautiful and colorful open world to explore. Discover a variety of different biomes in your travels. Solve puzzles, find hidden secrets, and make discoveries about the world. You’ll also be able to restore towering structures.  And don’t worry about doing anything alone. A companion cloud will help you out!

    Available Now!

The Cute cloud daycare game Clouzy is currently out on Steam, Nintendo Switch, Epic Games, Xbox, and Itchi.io.

ShibaPixels on Twitter is making a super cute game about “running an inn for spirits and monsters”.

As you well know by now, I am always on the lookout for adorable new games to share with my friends. Sometimes I get so excited about a game, I can’t even wait until it has a name before I start talking about it. Well, this new upcoming indie game is still early in the works, but already looks super cute and full of features!

From the information on hand, you can very clearly see that is one life sim game that will not be lacking in substance. The developer has already shared aspects of NPC interactions, mining, basic inn running duties, and even a bit of farming (despite having joined Twitter just this year). All this done with a wonderful aesthetic that really brings all the charisma of a charming life sim game to, well, life.

All this said, the developer has only recently been sharing information about their game, so there isn’t much quite yet. But I will surely be keeping an eye on this one, and bringing updates as they roll out. If you’d like to make sure the you don’t miss out either, be sure to follow this delightful indie dev on Twitter!

For more information on Yokai Inn, you can check out the new website for the game.
