After the very successful Mini NES Nintendo released last year, speculation have begun if Nintendo may be releasing another console as a mini limited edition. A trademark for s Super Nintendo mini edition has recently been filed by Nintendo, hinting at another mini console to hit the market later in 2017. This console could also be coming packed with up to 30 pre-installed games.

The mini NES has been sold out ever since it hit the stores in late 2016, even though Nintendo has been promising to restock stores, stock has failed to show up. Recent news have indicated that the MINI NES may be discontinued in favor of a new release as well as making space for the upcoming Nintendo Switch.
