Nintendo has just released another firmware update for the console. Nintendos patch notes are vague as usual and provide little to no information on the update itself. The latest Nintendo Switch Firmware brings the version up to 2.2.0.

The Online Service and Online Multiplayer companion App for the Nintendo Switch are set to launch later this year. However, the first major Online title Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be released in just a few short days on April 28th. It is to assume that the frequent Online maintenance and firmware updates may set the path for a fluent online experience.

If you wish to update your Nintendo Switch, you can do so by going to the settings menu. There you will find an option called “System” within this sub menu you can update your console.
