My Time at Portia is a game that is extremely difficult not to compare to games such as Stardew Valley, Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. and has been out for some time now. One year ago we reviewed the games early access version, and we just couldn’t stop playing it.
Today the developers announced that My Time at Portia will be heading to Switch this Spring. Furthermore, the simulation game will also receive a physical version. Fans of My Time at Portia can then purchase the game on the eShop and/or own the cartridge version of the game.
The game has received many updates since it’s early access release on steam. A museum, farming animals and most recently a new crafting system has been revealed.
Arriving in the enchanting town of Portia, you’ll be able to start a new life and set to work restoring your Pa’s neglected workshop to its former glory. Armed with your Pa’s workshop handbook and workbench, you must gather, mine and craft your way to being crowned the number one workshop in the whole of Portia!
Besides crafting and building there’s plenty more to do and discover in Portia including growing crops, raising animals, befriending the towns quirky inhabitants and uncovering the mysteries this charming post-apocalyptic land has forgotten.
