The Nintendo Switch is en route to success. Major Sales milestones were announced yesterday, with more than 1.5 Million consoles sold already. However, the launch of the console was not entirely smooth, with some concerns about the joy-con connectivity issue, frame rate drops in Zelda: breath of the Wild due to a Wifi bugs and some more minor issues.

Today we are hearing news about the Nintendo Switch melting SD cards in the SD card slot on the back of the hybrid console. Twitter user ” Sosowski ” claims his Nintendo Switch has melted a San Disk SD card, and left his finger burnt. The melted memory card can be seen in a picture he posted below.

However the SD card manufacture San Disk has had problems with melted SD cards in the past – as seen in the official support response from San Disk.
