[dropcap]M[/dropcap]ario Kart 8 is almost here with a release date of April 28th. First gameplay videos are popping up all over the internet. Nintendo has just released a ” What’s New ? ” trailer capturing all the new features in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe including the all new battle mode.

Something that stands out a lot from all the new gameplay footage, is that Mario kart 8 Deluxe seems to have the ability to complete a race all on it’s own – without having the player do anything. This fun little experiment conducted by gamexplain can be seen in the trailer below. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has the option to Auto-Steer and Auto-Accelerate. When both of these features are enabled, your kart will drive itself, lap by lap. But can you actually win a race with this option? Watch the video below to find out!

The ” What’s New ” trailer is attached below as well. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Nintendo Switch will be out on April 28th.
