The latest update to Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled adds a Grand Prix mode!
CTR: Nitro Fueled is getting its first big update in just two days. Aside from adding an all new mode for racers to enjoy, this update intends to address the Time Trial save issue for PS4 users. PS4 players have been experience corrupted data when trying to save in Time Trials, and this issue will be fixed with this update. The recent release of this epic racing title has made a big splash, and we couldn’t be more excited about this huge patch.
What to expect…
The new racing mode will be aptly named Nitro Grand Prix. In it, you will have the opportunity to earn Nitro Points, which can be put toward unlocking all kinds of new customizations for your favorite riders. The new map “Twilight Tour” will be added to all game modes. Also, the character Tawna will be unlock-able (with a variety of items) exclusively through playing the new Grand Prix mode (while online).
Another addition coming with this patch is the introduction of online leaderboards and Nitro Point leaderboards. Now you can compare yourself to your friends, and also to complete strangers to see exactly how your racing is going. And don’t to forget to check out the pit stop when this update drops, as there will be plenty of new goodies in there as well.
