Harvest Moon Light of Hope Special Edition on Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 is almost here. With a release date only a few weeks away, Natsume excites it’s fans further with a new Harvest Moon Light of Hope Special Edition Trailer. Only a few days ago Natsume revealed whats special, in the special edition of the latest game in the Harvest Moon franchise. Harvest Moon Light of Hope Special Edition will release on Switch and Playstation 4 on May 29th.
