Nintendo has just released the latest Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Update. The new 1.3.0 Version is now available on iOS and Android. The latest update is nearly 120MB, suggesting that it will bring a lot of new content. As usually the update notes are rather vague, only detailing bug fixes and enhancements. However a recent datamine has revealed that fishing tournaments, an underwater campsite, and more is coming to Animal Crossing Pocket Camp very soon.

The game is currently undergoing maintenance. It is expected that the fishing tournament will go live after todays maintenance or shortly thereafter – the maintenance concludes at 7.30pm PT / 10.30pm ET.
