Fans of the popular Animal Crossing Pocket Camp mobile game have a hard time keeping up with all the events. The huge spring event just wrapped up, and the Mario Crossover Event is still in full swing. Now we found out that the next event will be a fishing tournament. According to a recent data mine of Pocket Camp the event is expected to start on March 14th or 15th depending on where you live.

During the event players will be able to trade their fish to a new character that will appear on the beach. Can you guess who it is ? You will then receive prizes based on the fish they catch, as well as the size of it. The fishing tournament will also include new campsite foreground, mid-grounds and backgrounds, allowing you to create an underwater campsite. Of course there will also be plenty of new furniture to craft.
